Job Description:
Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC is currently seeking full-time receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls, announce calls to recipients and receive all visitors in a professional manner.
  • Ordering office supplies and arranging travel.
  • Provide clerical support to all departments.
  • Track and reconcile monthly invoices.
  • Sort and distribute mail.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have a BS/BA or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook. 1+ year receptionist/administrative assistant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility is crucial.

Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description:
West Chester, Pennsylvania-based Aqua Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on acquiring, developing and marketing prescription dermatology products. Aqua is a portfolio company of Roundtable Healthcare Partners, an operations-oriented private equity firm that has raised $1.9 billion in private equity funds and has invested more than $250 million in capital over the past year in healthcare related transactions. Aqua Pharmaceuticals is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to manage basic accounting function including maintaining the vendor database, entering invoices, processing payments, monthly and year-end closes, monitoring aging and preparing analyses as requested. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations with regards to the Company’s 40+ car fleet including liaising with both the fleet management companies and the drivers, resolving issues, and keeping management informed. Finally, this position will assist the Controller on special projects including state taxation issues, and other reporting/ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years Accounting or Finance experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be pro-active and able to work well with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and G/L package.

Job Title: National Sales Director

Job Description:
Aqua Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking two (2) full-time National Sales Directors. The National Sales Director is responsible and accountable for the achievement of sales goals of the prescription dermatology product portfolio. Provide the necessary leadership, insights and feedback to help define the culture, structure and future direction of Aqua’s field sales force. Build high performance sales management team, including approximately 5 District Managers, to lead the district and drive performance. Set clear objectives, coaches/mentors, and assesses performance and skill level to develop future leaders within the sales organization. Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with key influences/customers on a local, regional and national level.. Provide strategic customer insights with Marketing in the development of the Dermatological franchise. Develop strategies and tactics in collaboration with Marketing to provide optimal financial return within the sales organization. Manage overall P & L for the region, ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within the region.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years Sales Director experience in prescription pharmaceutical sales.
Documented success in pharmaceutical leadership with a proven track record delivering exceptional sales results. Must be an energetic, driven and dynamic leader. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Job Title: District Sales Manager

Job Description:
Aqua Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a full-time District Sales Manager to manage the Central US district. The District Sales Manager is responsible and accountable for increasing sales and market shares of approximately 8-10 territories (both new and existing full-time and part-time representatives) of prescription dermatology products through the management of Aqua's physician based professional sales representatives. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for the hiring and the development of the representatives in their district; coaching representatives in all aspects of their job performance. The District Sales Manager will direct efforts to implement promotional and marketing programs, and manage actively within their district to ensure compliance with corporate policies and practices.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a 4 year Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of District Sales Manager experience with prescription pharmaceuticals sales. Documented success in pharmaceutical leadership with a proven track record delivering exceptional sales results. Must be energetic, driven and a dynamic leader. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Job Title: Manager, Sales Training

Job Description:
Aqua Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a full-time Manager, Sales Training. The Manager, Sales Training is responsible for the direction and leadership for all aspects of the Sales Training Department. Coordinate the integration and training of new sales representatives. Assist with the management and development of the field sales trainers and conduct field sales training visits to ensure skills and knowledge are being transferred to participants. Work with the Marketing team for new product launches and develop strategies to ensure appropriate priorities are responded to and included in the development process. Develop metrics to evaluate training delivered to the field to ensure consistencey, quality and effectiveness. Develop and manage the succession planning process for the sales organization; career pathways. Analyze leadership development across the organization. Conduct training presentations and workshops at company sales meetings.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of Sales Training Management with prescription pharmaceutical sales, dermatology a plus.Excellent leadership and management skills along with strong platform skills leading to effective presentations and group process facilitation skills. Excellent understanding of training design principles and experience in launching pharmaceutical products and developing training for them.
