Overview

Aqua Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company. An essential element in our strategy for strong, sustainable growth is to build beyond our current product portfolio by developing, promoting and licensing products for treating skin diseases. Importantly, Aqua looks to expand its opportunities through in-licensing, co-promotion, product or company acquisition and partnerships.

These deals are expected to leverage the sales force and capabilities of the company's sales and marketing expertise. Most recently, Aqua licensed the US and Canadian rights to Monodox (Doxycycline Monohydrate Capsules 50 & 100mg) and Cordran (Flurandrenolide 0.05%) family of topical steroids. Both products are prescribed primarily by dermatologists.

Moreover, we are also pursuing partnerships for development and commercialization of dermatology products. This can be accomplished by a number of different strategies, which we are open to discuss.
